Antenatal support and education package
Private Antenatal Classes in Cheltenham & the Cotswolds
One-to-one birth preparation, tailored to you
NHS classes are often full, and group courses can't always answer the questions you actually have. My private antenatal sessions give you and your birth partner focused time with an experienced antenatal educator and doula to understand your options, plan your birth and feel ready for whatever happens.
I've supported families across Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds for 13 years, and I train doulas across the UK. I bring that experience to every session, along with honest, evidence-based information and no judgement about the choices you make.
Who it's for
First-time parents who want to feel prepared
Anyone planning a home birth, VBAC or birth centre birth, or planning a birth outside of guidance
Families who had a difficult previous birth and want things to feel different this time
Solo parents, same-sex couples and every kind of family
What's included: four 2-hour sessions

Power hours
Sometimes you just need to talk something through. Maybe you've had a midwife or consultant appointment that left you with more questions than answers, or there's a decision you're trying to make. A Power Hour gives you an hour of focused, one-to-one time to work through whatever is on your mind.
£45 per hour, by Zoom or WhatsApp call.
